30 Day Return & Exchange Policy
We get it, buying online can sometimes be a tad tricky. That's why we have a 30 day fee free exchange/returns policy, so that if you get the wrong size ring you can easily exchange it for the correct size, completely free (we'll even cover the postage costs for you). Too easy.
Likewise if for whatever reason you're not happy with your choice of ring once it arrives (i.e. you changed your mind, you want the other one you liked), just send it back to us to exchange it for a completely different style or refund. For a different style you just pay any additional costs if it's more expensive, & likewise we'll refund you any difference in cost if it's less.
We want to make sure you're looked after before, during and after your purchase, so we're pretty damn picky when inspecting, packing and shipping your purchase. It's unlikely you'll ever need to return an item at all, but here is our policy should you ever need to:
Basically, we need to be able to re-sell the item as brand new. We understand you have to try the ring on but please do not wear it out and about! As soon as you know you need to exchange it, please place it back into the return envelope we provided you, and follow the easy 1-2-3 steps below.
Second exchanges have a $20 fee to cover shipping and handling.

Return your original ring to us in the envelope provided.
Wait for our email confirming we've received your ring, and are organising you're replacement.
That’s it! Once we receive your original ring and exchange order, we’ll ship out your replacement.
